The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has established the VISTAS ELECTRIC
VEHICLE Club on Friday, 24th February 2023 in Conference Hall, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Block,
VISTAS between 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
The event was presided by Dr. K.Padmanathan, Director, EVNEXUS Private Ltd, Chennai. Dr.
R.Sridhar, Associate Director – Student Clubs, VISTAS. Dr.N. Shanmuga sundaram, Associate
Professor & Head– EEE, VISTAS. Dr. S.Pradeep Kumar, Assistant Professor, EEE Department,
VISTAS and Dr. K. Sasikala, Associate Professor, EEE Department, VISTAS.
The program starts with Tamil Thai Valthu and Lightning the lamp by the dignitaries on the dias at
10.10 am. Dr.N. Shanmuga sundaram, Associate Professor & Head– EEE, VISTAS welcomed the
gathering at 10.15 a.m.
Dr.N. Shanmuga sundaram, felicitate the chief guest Dr. K.Padmanathan with a shawl and
momento. Dr. R. Sridhar was felicitated by Dr. S.Pradeep Kumar with a shawl and Momento.
Followed by the VISTAS EV Club logo was released by Dr. K.Padmanathan, (Director), EVNEXUS
Private Ltd, Chennai and Dr. R. Sridhar, Associate Director – Students Clubs.
