OVERVIEW

The VISTAS Career Advancement Cell (CAC) is dedicated to fostering students’ professional development and helping them leverage various employment opportunities. CAC plays an active role in guiding students towards building successful careers by enhancing their skills in key areas and to guide them to succeed in competitive exams, internships, job placements, and further education.

Vision

To empower students with essential professional skills and guide them towards successful careers in the corporate sector, higher education, government jobs, or entrepreneurship.

Mission

To bridge the gap between industry demands and student skillsets by fostering confidence through a blend of curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities. CAC aims to cultivate student competencies through internships and pre-placement training, and engage students with seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to maintain active participation throughout their course.

OBJECTIVES

To provide personality development, communication skills, and aptitude training to prepare students for interviews.
To offer technical skill enhancement sessions to facilitate success in selection processes.
To inspire students through career guidance and counselling.
To assist students in pursuing higher education at prestigious international institutions.
