• Prepared a complete and exhaustive Examination Procedure Manual for the University
• Implemented online Certificate verification through a third party
• During Covid-19 period, Conducted remote proctored online examinations for about 14000 University students for three consecutive semesters, including Online evaluation.
• A complete automation of all the Examination related activities such as Online exam fee payment, Online downloading of Hall tickets, marks entry CIA & Practical Exam marks directly by the faculty concerned and publication of results online.
• Credit transfer mechanism for MOOCs
• On-screen valuation of answer scripts and sending soft copies of answer scripts to students as part of revaluation process
• Applying for Revaluation and Supplementary examinations online through students’ login
• Uploaded students’ Academic awards such as Mark sheets, Degrees on NAD-DigiLocker portal as per UGC direction
• Creation of Academic Bank of Credits(ABC) IDs for students as per UGC direction
• Automatic generation of question papers from the question banks
• Conducted four Convocations for Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies
