Dr. D.Gavaskar

Dr. D.Gavaskar,  completed his Doctoral degree from department of organic chemistry, under the guidance of Prof Raghunathan, university of Madras, Guindy campus in the year 2016.  He completed His MSc in Organic chemistry in the department of organic chemistry, Univeristy of Madras, Guindy campus in the year 2007. He has 8 years of Teaching as well as research expereince. For his research credits he had published 15 research paper, His Current Research interests include ionic liquid mediated multicomponent synthesis, Steroidal chemistry, Total synthesis, Ferrocene and Biothiophene chemistry. He has guided 5 research scholars 6 Mphil and 20 MSc students in his credit. He has  qualified CSIR-UGC (NET), prestigious competitive examination in India with AIR, 420 two times in his career and got 82.35 percentile in GATE examination. He has organized 4 national 3 international conferences. He is the author of book chapter namely” Chemistry of Natural Products” and he has one year
