Dr. K.SASIKALA

Dr.K.Sasikala received her Bachelor of Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore in the year 2003 and Master of Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2005. She received her Doctorate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies, Chennai in the year 2021. She has 16 years of Teaching Experience and currently serving as an Associate Professor  & Head (i/c), in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies, Chennai. Her Current Research areas include Power Electronics and Embedded Systems. She is currently guiding three PhD scholars in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VISTAS. She has published more than 40 publications in which 23 papers are Scopus indexed and 2 papers are SCI-E indexed. She has published 5 utility patents and received grants for 2 design patents.  She has published 3 text books titled Microcontroller and Embedded System, Embedded Systems- an Integrated Approach and Electronic Devices and Circuits. She has been the reviewer for the Elsevier Journal Measurement: Sensors, Journal Optical and Quantum Electronics, International Journal of Intelligent Unmanned Systems and International Journal of Pervasive Computing and Communications. She is associated as a Member in International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP), International Association of Academic plus Corporate (IAAC).
