Dr. P. Brindha Devi

Dr. P Brindha Devi completed Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Doctorate degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS-Pilani). She has 11 years of experience in the academic field and presently working as Associate professor and Head in the Faculty of Bioengineering (B.Tech Biotechnology), VISTAS, Chennai since July 2015. She has expertise her career with Time Management, Planning and Execution. Her current areas of research include Recombinant DNA Technology, Drug Discovery and Development and Environmental Biotechnology. She has published more than 70 papers in4rr the peer reviewed journals with remarkable citation index and h-index to her credit. She has received funded project from the Government MSME championship-Idea Hackthathon Scheme. She also has been in the Editorial / Reviewer in the reputed journals like RSC advances, Plant Cell Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, IK Press and Research Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. She is presently guiding 3 research scholars. She is associated with Life time member in Biotechnology Research Society India (BRSI), Indian Academic Researchers Association and American Chemical Society.
