Dr. P. Senthil Selvam

Dr. P. Senthil Selvam, Currently, Prof. & Head of the Department, School of Physiotherapy, VISTAS ( Vels Inst. of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies), Chennai. He served as the Member of Tamilnadu State Physiotherapy Council. He has guided 10 PhD Research Scholars and presently supervising 8 PhD Part-time Research Scholars. Also, he is the Research Co-ordinator for PhD Program at School of  Physiotherapy, VISTAS. He is now serving as External Expert in Research Advisory Committee for Ph.D Program in Physiotherapy at various Deemed Universities. He has got more Twenty Two years of PG & UG teaching experience in VISTAS. He is involved in co-ordinating Teaching activities and programs for BPT and MPT students. Having around 130 research articles published in High Impact National & International journals, He has also authored 4 Chapters in Books. He had been as resource person for many workshops, Guest lectures & Seminars across India. He has received many awards namely Best Physiotherapist Award, Best Academician Award, Award of Excellence in research Physiotherapy field, Faculty Excellence Award, etc
