Dr. RATHEESHKUMAR.V.V a Post Graduate from GOVERNMENT LAW COLLEGE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM also holds a Doctoral degree from SHRI JAGADISH PRASAD JABARMAL TIBREWALA UNIVERSITY(JJTU), RAJASTHAN in 2020. He has 14 years of experience and has served in various capacities as Faculty of Law  in reputed institutions and presently severing as Associate Professor and HOD, Department of Legal Studies VISTAS, Chennai since July 2023. He has participated in 3 International Conference and 11 International Paper Publication. He has published 8 national paper publication and participated and presented paper in 9 national conferences. Published one book.
