Dr.T.S.Shanmugarajan

Dr.T.S.Shanmugarajan, a Post Graduate from J.S.S.College of Pharmacy (Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University) Ootacamund, Tamilnadu   also holds a Doctoral degree from University of Madras, Chennai in 2009. He has 24 years of experience and has served in various capacities as Faculty in reputed institutions in India and also in abroad.  He served as a professor at Medical Science Research Institute, Dongguk University. Seoul, South Korea. Now presently severing as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, VISTAS, Chennai since Sept 2013. He is an expert in Screening Potentials and identify the molecular mechanism of action in the area of Stem cell biology, Cancer biology and Neurobiology. He has skill in Human Stem Cell Differentiation and regenerative medicine in cartilage, skin and bone tissue engineering. Further he also published more than 70 publications in international and other scientific journals with the cumulative Impact factor of 190. He is also reviewer for Asian Journal of Medicine and Health, Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology and PLOS ONE and Several SCI Journals. He has guided 9 research scholars in his credit. He is associated as a Life Member of Association of Pharmacy Professionals and Divisional Head at National level for the Association of Pharmacy Professionals. He is appointed as (Pharmacy Council of India) PCI – Inspector.
