VISTAS welcomes applications from international students and NRIs who aspire to pursue their higher education in India. We ensure a seamless and transparent admission process with dedicated support for overseas applicants.

Graduate Programs

• Applicants must have completed 12 years of formal schooling.
• Certified English transcripts listing all courses with grades or marks earned.
• Transcripts in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

Postgraduate Programs

• Applicants must have completed a minimum of 12 years of schooling, followed by a Bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years duration.
• Admission is competitive, and candidates with an excellent academic record have a higher chance of acceptance.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit our official international admissions portal.
• Create an account using a valid email ID.
• Pay the non-refundable application fee.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

• Fill in accurate details in all required sections.
• Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed before submission.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• Academic Certificates: 10th, 12th, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree certificates with mark sheets/transcripts.
• Equivalence Certificate: International applicants must obtain an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) (www.aiuweb.org).
• English Translation: If documents are not in English, provide a certified translated version.
• Proof of NRI Status (if applicable).
• Passport Copy (personal details page).
• Recent Passport-sized Photograph.

Step 4: Admission Review & Provisional Admission

• Applications are reviewed based on eligibility criteria.
• Shortlisted applicants will receive a Provisional Admission Letter, which can be used to apply for a student visa.
• Final admission confirmation is subject to document verification, fee payment, and submission of a valid student visa.

• A student visa endorsed to VISTAS is mandatory for admission.
• Students must register with the Foreigner’s Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of arrival in India.
• Required documents for FRRO registration:
  • Passport and visa copy
  • Four passport-sized photographs
  • Proof of residence in India
  • HIV/AIDS test report from a WHO-recognized institution
  • Provisional Admission Letter from VISTAS

• All international students must undergo a medical examination within one week of arrival.
• A medical test report from a registered medical practitioner is required.
• Adequate medical insurance coverage is mandatory.

• Academic Fees: Varies by program (detailed fee structure available on request).
• Hostel & Accommodation Fees: Separate charges apply for campus accommodation.
