Career Guidance and Counselling

VISTAS provides continuous career guidance and counselling to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Expert career advisors, faculty mentors, and industry professionals conduct counselling sessions to assist students in making informed decisions regarding employment, higher education, entrepreneurship, and professional certifications.

Placement Training Programmes

The institution offers structured placement training programmes that focus on aptitude, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, verbal ability, communication skills, group discussions, interview techniques, resume writing, and professional etiquette. Mock interviews and assessment exercises are regularly conducted to improve students’ confidence and employability.

Campus Recruitment Drives

The Training and Placement Cell facilitates campus recruitment by inviting leading national and multinational companies to conduct recruitment drives.
