VISTAS invites applications from highly motivated, research-driven candidates for admission to the PhD Programme (January 2021 Session) in departments where vacancies are available.

• The Vels Research Fellowship is offered to eligible Full-Time Research Scholars and supports scholars throughout their research journey.
• Selection will be based on a Common Entrance Examination followed by a Personal Interview, with academic merit and research potential as criteria.
• Last date for applying for Ph.D (January 2021 Session) is extended up to 27.02.2021

Ph.D. Entrance Examination – Important Information

All candidates seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme are required to register for the Ph.D. Entrance Examination. Candidates who are not exempted from the Entrance Examination, as per the applicable regulations, shall appear for the examination.
