Every year, freshers around the world strive to get into their dream jobs. The VISTAS, Chennai is one of the best place where dreams turn to reality. The magic happens when Vels identifies talents of various streams, organizes training programs and formulates campus interviews for every student through the wonderful placement cell of Vels. Our hard work is always awarded in Vels as a token of love given in the form of a job in our hands. I am happy to share that, I work for Allsec Technologies, Chennai and I earn 5 lakhs per annum. Being a fresher, makes a big difference in my career. I sincerely take time to thank the Placement cell of VISTAS for bringing up reputed companies to ensure the bright future of every student. Valluru Pavan Srivatsav – Computer Science Engineering
Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advance Studies and placement cell has helped me to achieve my goal. The training that I have received from the placement cell of Vels, contributed in emanating my career. When I went for placement training programs, I had no idea of presenting myself in interviews. The training programs opened up multiple ways of success to me. I was an introvert when I joined Vels but the training program in placement cell made me overcome my hesitation and fear. Now I am confidently working in Revanture with 4.8 lakhs of salary per annum. The placement has changed the financial drive in my family. I personally thank the placement cell of VISTAS for providing me the needed objectives.

To my knowledge, Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies has the best placement opportunities in Chennai. I am positioned as Junior Executive in Tech Mahindra with a salary of 3 lakhs per annum. Though my department (Automobile Engineering) was incessantly arranging for maximum numbers of guest lectures and industrial visits, I was more thoughtful and curious about the special training programs that the placement cell offered. Vels paves the way to advancement in all modes yet the placement cell occupies a greater space in the life of every student. It demonstrated the process of interview and conducted more numbers of mock interviews to equip us for the actual interview.
