Incubation Centre
Established in 2018, the Incubation Centre (IC) at VELS Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS) is committed to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven ventures. The Centre provides a vibrant ecosystem where students, faculty, alumni, and external entrepreneurs can transform innovative ideas into sustainable and scalable businesses.
The Incubation Centre operates from a dedicated three-storey facility designed to support startups through every stage of their entrepreneurial journey. The facility offers more than 60 startup workspaces, including fully furnished offices, raw office spaces, co-working areas, meeting rooms, equipped with high-speed internet and essential business infrastructure.
The Centre nurtures startups across diverse sectors, including Health & Bio Innovation Sustainability & ClimateTech, Industry 4.0 & DeepTech, Defence & Aerospace, Media & Creative Technologies, Digital Innovation & Social Impact, Manufacturing, and Social Innovation. Startups receive access to expert mentoring, business development support, funding opportunities, industry networking, intellectual property guidance, and market access initiatives.
